1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and BlueTide Seaweed ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto. You agree that by accessing the site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Export and Trading Terms

As a B2B bulk export entity, all physical product transactions, including but not limited to the purchase of Salicornia, Edulis, Sargassum, Turbinaria, and Kappaphycus, are governed by separate, specific commercial contracts and Letters of Credit (LCs). The information provided on this website does not constitute a final binding commercial offer.

• All shipping terms (FOB, CIF, CNF) will be explicitly defined in the final purchasing agreement.
• Prices are subject to market fluctuations and harvest availability in Malaysia.
• Quality specifications are guaranteed up to the point of dispatch as certified by the Malaysian Department of Agriculture and independent laboratories.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and various other intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws.

4. User Representations
