Our Quality Assurance Protocol
We understand that our products are the foundation of your manufacturing process. That's why every batch of BlueTide Seaweed seaweed undergoes strict testing before it is cleared for export.
1. Pre-Harvest Inspection
Farms are inspected to ensure water quality is maintained and seaweed has reached optimal maturity for maximum gel yield.
2. Processing & Sorting
Harvested seaweed is thoroughly washed to remove excess salt, sand, and marine debris, then sun-dried under controlled conditions.
3. Laboratory Analysis
Final batches are tested for moisture content, impurities percentage, and gel strength to ensure they meet our strict export specifications.
Export Documentation & Certifications
Phytosanitary Certificate
Issued by the Malaysian Department of Agriculture, verifying the product is free from quarantine pests.
Certificate of Origin
Official documentation confirming the goods were wholly obtained or produced in Malaysia.
Fumigation Certificate
Provided upon request to meet specific import regulations of the destination country.
